Michael Chomet is an Emmy Award–winning creative director, editor, and producer who brings powerful, human-first stories to screens around the world.
His deep expertise in leveraging advanced AI tools to restore and enhance film and audio brings new life to materials once considered unusable.
The producer of award-winning television, music videos, and branded content he has worked on a range of projects from MTV’s College Life to Reading Rainbow—all as the founder of Chomet Inc. and later as Chomet Creative Group. His portfolio of high-profile projects is prolific, including collaborations with Showtime, Lifetime, CBS, Bravo, PBS, Ben Stiller, Eugene Levy, Swizz Beatz, and many others.
As Senior Vice President and Creative Director at Tribe Pictures from 2015-2024, Michael created films for Global 1000 companies that launched brands, inspired employees, and fueled billion-dollar campaigns.
Most recently, he has edited and produced the feature documentary Elie Wiesel: Soul on Fire, a deeply personal portrait of the Nobel Peace Prize–winning author of Night, told largely through Wiesel’s own voice and rarely seen archives.
